Aluminum Mayfield Skull Clamp/three-point skull clamp

4: 360N/80Ibs jack-in hand wheel, international pressure scale genernal design.
5: Gel head support pad can avoid iatrogenic injury during long time surgery. It also can be heated to human body temperature, insulating non-conducting.
