Traction frame for Shoulder surgery shoulder arthroscopy traction frame tower Specification of Shoulder-Type Docking-Type traction Frame Shoulder arthroscopy traction frame is mainly used for shoulder arthroscopy arthroscopic surgery, for muscle rupture, elbow and wrist traction. A disposable sleeve is required for shoulder traction surgery. The shoulder joint traction frame passes through three hanging loops. Different angles need to be equipped with corresponding weights or saline bags according to the requirements of the patient. The height of the traction frame is adjustable, it can be rotated left and right, and can be rotated 180°Shoulder traction configuration table
This versatile system provides safe, effective, and easy positioning of the shoulder during all types of arthroscopic or open
shoulder surgery performed in the lateral decubitus position. The arm is placed in a shoulder traction and rotation (STaR) sleeve and then connected to the 3-Point Shoulder Traction Tower. Three-point traction with a lateral strap permits ideal shoulder positioning for improved access to the glenohumeral joint. During more routine arthroscopic procedures, single-point traction may be selected at any desired angle of abduction by transferring weights to the third traction cable. The 3-Point Shoulder Distraction System attaches easily to standard OR table clark rails and has color-coded cable ends for easy identification when transferring traction weights.
