Features:
1.The microcomputer intelligent ful-automatic conrol is adopted,and the whole process of heating, sterilation, exhaust and drying is automatically controlled and switched.Users can set their own programs for sterilization temperature, sterilization time and dying time according to the needs of sterilized articles, without supervision in the whole process.
2.Fully-automatic water adding, automatic water replenishing function in case of water shortage (water can aso be manually). Cut off the heating power supply due to water shortage,and automatically resume working after water replenishiment .It has the functions of preventing dry burning and over-temperature automatic protection.when the water level is lower than the low water level or exceeds the set temperature, the system automaticly cuts off the power supply and gives an audible and visul alarm,
3.Equipped with a built-in micro thermal printer, the data can be tracked and the running parameters can be printed in real time.
4. in the inter chamtber with couble-layer structure,the door paneis made of SUS304 matedal, which is polished mechanically smooh,fat, free of dead ange and easy to clean.
5.The door is equiped with a selfty interock device. when there is pressure in the sterlization chamber , the door is aucomatically locked and cannot be opened to ensure the safety of personnel. There is also a door control switch. Only when the door is closed in place can the power be turned on.
6.Equipped with overpressure protection device. when the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the salety vave will immediately relieve the pressure fo protection.
7.Over-current protection device. When the current is overloaded, the power circuit breaker will automatcally cut off the power supply immediately.
8.The sterilizer is with the jacketed design, which has the drying function and achieves the drying function of sterilized articles.
9. Sterilization modes can be divided into three types:.(1) Sterlization at 121ºC:(2) Sterization at 32ºCC(seleced as required at 132ºC):(3)self-set.
